總統府昨深夜發出新聞稿，突宣布內閣改組，行政院副院長江宜樺將接任行政院長，陳冲轉任總統府資政。原訂今天上午10時將舉行行政院年終記者會，如今情勢過於尷尬，傳出記者會將取消。
